At Pieratt's, our first priority is your satisfaction! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase experience, we want to know why. We will make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that one of our products fails to perform as promised, we will exchange, as indicated below, or repair you product to your satisfaction!
Pieratt's will exchange within 30 days, and offer a refund within 10 days, on any uncorrectable item that is defective (after our examination) which is returned to the store where purchased. The items must be accompanied by the sales receipt, in original carton with original packing, accessories, guarantee forms and instructions, and not show signs of abuse. If not found defective, there will be a pick-up, redelivery, or reinstallation charge if the item had been delivered originally. A 20% restocking charge may be imposed on exceptions to this policy.
